I feel really good today. I still catch myself trying to grind my teeth, but my back teeth are not as able to grind as they used to be, so I’m now trying to find ways to do it but I’m able to stop myself.
No more headaches from it. I'm just a lot more relaxed, pain free. Not having this much. I have no more clicking in my job which I used to have on a daily basis, which doesn't do that anymore. I'm amazed by it. I've actually already told some of my friends about it. I don't think people realise that your dentist can do this, and I think a lot of people have headaches and they are going to neurosurgeons taking a lot of pain medications, trying to find out where their stemming from.
I actually had gone to the emergency room because I had some really bad headaches and they never did come up with a reason why. They just called them cluster headache. Which not you know, I don't not even sure. What the definition of that is. So, I’m getting a lot of headaches right here on the back of my head, which is now, i realise when I grit my teeth is exactly the muscle that kicks in and I haven't had any sense probably I would say about six weeks ago and more. I would definitely recommend it. I would tell people if they are continuing to get then if they know that there are, stress, they hold their stress and they grit their teeth it’s definitely, definitely, worth it. Worth it
I actually initially started waking up feeling pain right around my temples right behind my ears. It had little headaches across my eyebrows, so the first thing I thought was my vision. I must have some issues and so I went into my eye doctor and he said nope your vision is perfect. It hadn't changed at all since the previous year, and he actually suggested that I go and see my dentist, and I said, okay, well, this doesn't really make sense, and I actually started to worry. I was like, do I need to get an MRI? Is there something going on? Why, you know, were serious and so I went into the dentist? Set an appointment with doctor lamothe and I told him. I think that I possibly could be grinding my teeth when I’m sleeping and he came in and did an evaluation. He said, yep, you're running your teeth and it was to the point that he could actually see on my teeth that there was a problem and that was kind of alarming to me because it wasn't just something in my head anymore, so he said I want you to try this therapy and I anticipated needing a mouth guard. I knew that that was going to be something that I needed, but I did not anticipate needing therapy and I was reluctant to say the least, but I’ve gone back home for years and I trusted him and I trusted that he wouldn't tell me to do something that wasn't absolutely necessary. An wasn't want to make me feel better, so I set up my first appoint and I was little hesitant, but I decided I was going to stay open and I came in for my therapy and I promise you like within like minutes I was knocked out and relaxed in a way that I probably have not been relaxed in a very long time and I think that has a lot to do with the fact that obviously I’ve been clutching my teeth when I was sleeping so I might not have been getting good rest so that on top of the fact that it's so relaxing and I’m going to spas. I've got massages. I've done all of that before, but I really felt like this was something and it may because the focus was on my temples and I don't know but it was something about it that I literally felt like I like levitated, and must have gone someplace else, because I was. I'm not been that relaxed before. So, it was a great experience. I really enjoyed it that day I literally was like I need a driver to take me home because I’ve never been to relax before, so I’m looking forward to my next appointment and continuing my therapy. And I cannot imagine what it's going to be like once I started with the mouth guard and continuing the therapy and how I feel in a couple of weeks.
So, for the past I would say five years I’ve been experiencing migraine headaches to the point where my office has to be completely dark. I've missed several days of work consistently throughout the years, many hospital visits and different medications that I’ve tried here and there, just to rid myself of the migraine, headaches, headaches. And unfortunately, nothing has worked. I've again taken medication after medication and just nothing has worked over the years, I mean continuously has missing work for several days. So, I heard about Trudenta and was interested because obviously someone that suffers from migraine headaches. We often are trying to find some way to just have a normal life just to enjoy life and that was very open to learning more about it.
Came in for the initial consultation and learned the way in which Trudenta works and being able to learn about my bite and how that triggers different points in my head to cause migraine headaches and no one had ever equated dental and headaches at all until this point. And so, it was very interesting, but I was willing and ready and open to try this and I must say for the past three months that I’ve been doing this, I have not had any headaches, but I know that's hard to believe. I mostly all of us would have migraines, you know, you really don't know what life is without having the headache. And so, I was just really great to go through this therapy and let me tell you therapy itself, the 60-minute sessions of really getting some massaging and relaxation have been amazing for my life and i haven't had some missed work or events of friends birthdays because I have a headache at all.
But now truly can just be normal and not have to take medication. I look forward to my therapy sessions each week and I wear and orthotic at night which helps me to prevent myself from biting and grinding my teeth and I didn't realise I had done that so much until actually learning more about how my headaches were triggered and I’m just so very thankful that Trudenta has worked for me.
I came to the office. I came for some dental procedures and then they told me about the true dental treatment, and I was a little bit sceptical because I had tried everything under the sun. I used to take because I’m off the medicine now Topamax, 100 milligrams of some muscle relaxer’s, Railpex Thierrex and some high blood pressure medicine to calm down the pressure in the head. Every treatment medicine and not nothing seems to work for to treat my migraine pains. So, I decided to do it. Now that I have done it, I feel great. Oh my god, it feels amazing. I can, I cannot explain. I cannot tell you how great it feels. Now I can enjoy more time with my family. I can drink my wine without having a headache. It's great. It's great, like they say it's a life changing procedure and I do recommend it to anyone that wants to do it.
